I’ve had about 10 months now to sit on this. And every time I think about it I get just as mad as I was the day I was there. I inquired about a new Yamaha 450. I applied for financing on the website and got a call the next day saying I was approved, and asked when I wanted to come pick the bike up. So I was like cool, I’ll make the 4 hour drive this weekend. I asked them on the phone what my APR was and the finance manager told me 8%, I’m thinking that’s not too bad, I’m 21 and don’t have much credit history, for-sure I’m all in! I get a call on the Thursday before I was going to go down there saying that the bike is at their warehouse but to not worry because they can usually get the bikes to the store within a couple hours. Okay cool, nice guy keeping me in the loop. I drive down there Saturday morning, not hearing anything else, go inside and I am greeted by nobody. I walk around and look at things for a good while and then I find a salesman. Told him who I was and my salesman was very nice, but informed me that my bike was still not there. They try calling the “driver” and no answer. I wait probably 3.5 hours just for a Big St Charles truck and trailer to pull in. Like are you kidding me? I could have saved myself 2 hours by just driving there where my bike was the entire time. Finally get that figured out and we finally start paperwork. I’m signing away then I see a 20.99% APR. I immediately stop in my tracks and ask WTF is going on. Then this girl gets the manager and he’s all cocky and asking me what the problem was. Like dude you told me on the phone 8%. He stared at me with a blank face and said “well, just win a couple races and pay it off early”. I was so mad and just wanted to leave but I already wasted 7 hours of my Saturday to go get this thing. So I sign it, no hand shakes, no pictures, I didn’t even say goodbye. I will never be back. The salesman are really nice, but the “upper management” can kma. Honesty and integrity goes a long ways, but they ruined my first “adult purchase” experience in a way I’ll never forget. 0 stars if I could.

I worked with Walker and Clay at ATV’s and More, INC. in October 2024. They were great to work with and made all the paperwork easy and answered all my questions. We completedthe entire deal over the phone and my son-in-law picked it up for me. They were the most reasonable in the tri-state area. Highly recommend getting the extended warranty even though I haven’t used it, but it is transferable for the duration if I were to trade or sell our new 2024 Teryx KRX4 1000SE eS. We even bought some extras from ATV’s and More, INC like dust kit, rearview mirror and backup camera (Which works great).

Found a bike to purchase, being out of state, they had no issues placing a small deposit to hold it until we could drive over on the weekend to look at it. The purchase of it was very smooth and easy. Walker did a great job helping us through the process. We would definitely go back there. We also were having issues with a 3rd party transport and they held the bike there an extra week and had no issues with that. The team was phenomenal for us. The financial guy definitely needs to get a hair cut though! 😂

Alright I just got an ATV from Daniel Aaron here and let me tell you it was the smoothest and nicest purchasing experience I’ve had for this kinda thing. I love leaving feeling nothing but satisfied with my purchase!

Daniel Aaron is the MAN you want. He took care of me and more! He found the exact quad I wanted specs and all and had it over to the shop the same day!

My friend is about to buy one too and guess who he’s going to? That’s right, Dan the man!

It is so nice to work with someone who doesn’t just see you as a sales target.

I traveled almost 2 hours to work with Dan and the ATV and more crew even though I have a shop here in my own home town.

Oh yeah the rest of the staff was super cool too. Chatting with them made the time fly but even then I was in and out on my new quad in under an hour!

I shop a lot, I deal with a lot of sales dudes. Trust me when I say with Daniel it feels like you’re talking to someone who cares about you being happy in addition to getting your business. They’re also flexible if you’re reasonable!
