The owner Paul lacks basic customer service skills. Came out after a 2nd visit to fix our machine, left our business without contacting anyone, or calling. I had to call him the next morning to find out why the machine was still not working. He told me the machine cant be fixed. I then asked why he didn't have the common decency to contact us after his visit, and he told me he was done with me and hung up. I just recommend to avoid the headache of using him, and use someone else.

Can not recommend.

Just watched as the driver of this company vehicle (not sure owner or employee) cut across traffic on Main Street in Anoka to make a turn in a construction zone almost causing and accident. Apparently they believe they are too important to follow general traffic regulations like everyone else. Actions like this are a reflection on your company. I can not recommend.

Very professional and fair. We lease 2 ice makers from them and they are always serviced and maintained very well.
