For tractor trailer delivery, set GPS for 501 Palisades Avenue. This will bring you in on the correct end of Semel Avenue, by the school. Other end is way too tight, & congested. Steve, the owner, will be there to spot you while backing, and for traffic control. Watch cars parked across the street when backing. Resist the pressure to hurry, because of waiting traffic. Avoid arriving when school day is starting, if possible. Greatly increased traffic.
They will unload you quickly, but ice customers come first, so be patient.

18 wheelers please use Midland Avenue and make a left turn onto Semel Ave from Midland, don’t listen nobody if somebody tells you different directions than this one. Be ready for stressful backup. Good luck.

Ask before ordering as they gauge their prices. Last week I paid $20 for full box of dry ice and today I had to pay $40.

Will take my business as well as refer my network elsewhere due to the dishonesty. Also gonna warn people of this too!

Guys in company are really ok, but to backup and approach terrible. For truckers use entrance to Semel Ave from Midland Ave. DO NOT USE PALISADE AVE because very tight turn and vehicles are parked on the Semel, so wont be able to make a turn.

Great guys here, they unloaded fast. Backing is a little tight, but you have to take your time. Follow directions by Kris Donovan and you will get there ok
