I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my very first motor scooter from Arlington Motorsports, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! After considering the idea for over two years, I finally decided to take the plunge this past weekend. The owner of Arlington Motorsports was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience. Not only did he deliver the scooter directly to my home, but he also took the time to provide me with a mini lesson on how to ride it, which was a huge bonus, especially since I had no prior experience on a motorbike.

In addition to the scooter, he made sure I was properly fitted for a helmet, which gave me peace of mind knowing I had all the right gear. His customer service was exceptional, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his customers' satisfaction and safety.

I just bought a 24' Rosso Red Vespa GTS Super for my son Eli. Mitch, Julio, and Bud at Arlington Motorsports are off the charts excellent. The communication couldn't have been better. The price was very fair too. You can trust these guys. They are the real deal. Brian (and son) Eli.

My friend and i went there 2 times to buy the blue hayabusa they have on marketplace under the owners name mitch. Keep in mind this bike has been sitting there for 5 months.
The bikes listed in the store for 12,300.00 its listed on marketplace for 11,999.00.

Our first encounter was with the mgr julio. He shot us a price of almost 14,000.00 out the door with all of these insane fees as if we were buying a brand new bike. We tried to talk price and buy the bike. Juilo was having none of it. He was more intrested in sitting at his desk eating his Burito, instead of selling us a bike.

Needless to say we left. My friend then contacted the owner mitch via facebook marketplace. They had agreed on 13,000.00 out the door.

We went back the following Saturday to purchase the bike, even tho we did not like juilo. We asked him to pull the bike out to get a good look at it. It was in between other bikes so we could not get a proper look it it before.

After we got the bike pulled out, we noticed that the left side of the bike was damaged. The fairing were scraped up pretty bad and the engine case was also scraped very bad. The bike also was very very dirty with dead bugs and dried mud on it.

We asked him about the damage he had no answers. He also said the bike was fully serviced as well, " that was a lie" the chain was filthy and full of grease never serviced and the bike was filthy. This is sitting on his showroom floor. We offerd him the 13k for the bike as discussed with mitch and juilo refused. The messages were shown to juilo by mitch on my friends phone and he still refused to sell us this bike.

He was shown the money in crisp 100 dollor bills. Still refused to sell the bike. I question the condition of the bike and this is what he said to me.
"Quote" you are being anal and this is not the bike for you!!!!!!!!!

My friend and i have been sales people our whole lives. Can u imagine speaking to a customer like that?

Mitch, if you read this, please address your mgr. He walks more people then he closes.

We drove down to kentucky and found a beautiful clean one owner low miles white busa for 9,500.00 out the door.
Mitch, this could have been your sale.

This is the worst place to shop and the worst experiance i have ever had.
Never in my life have i had to beg someone to sell me a bike or anything for that manner.

Do yourself a favor. If your asking high list for a bike, clean it up nice. Service it, with proof and please do not lie to customers. Hope the grease came off you fingers when you touched the chain. Proved my point!!!!!

Juili, you have alot to learn about sales my friend......to the owner Mitch, find your self a new mgr juilo just flat out sux.

Brought in my very old Gsxr for a tire swap. They were able to get it done quicker than expected. They also took the extra time out to top off my oil and antifreeze as it was low, and gave my bike a lot of love. Bud dumbed things down and explained some things to me about my bike that I wasn't quite privy too. Great customer service friendly warm staff. 10/10 would recommend

I bought my first scooter from them, a rarely used 2021 Lance Cali Classic 50 with only 186 miles! I've put on about 175 miles without issues, extremely fuel efficient, and fun little scooter. The 2 guys (bad with names) were very professional and straight to the point. I will definitely be returning for any future purchases! I do recommend Arlington Motorsports.
