Miguel is THE BEST service technician I have ever had. Beyond professional, as he is a perfectionist. He described every step, and went to his truck TWICE for simple panel screws. SPECIFICALLY REQUEST HIM. How he does not have his own business, I don’t know. Superior knowledge with even better customer service.

I was very happy with Arctic Air. They took care of me by coming out right away because I had limited time before leaving. The technician was very knowledgeable and corrected the problem quickly. Always great service, very professional from the office staff to the technicians. David was my tech and as in the past very good at his job. David was prepared, courteous and very clean while performing his cleaning and checkup on my units .

Neighbor checked on house in ocean city for Mr. Unit not running and supposed go down to 9 degrees Tuesday. Worried about pipes freezing, etc. Arctic was there in hours.crawled in the crawl space and found breakers under house were having issues. Temporary fixed but coming back with new fuses. Probably saved a lot of money because of potential frozen pipes. Chris was very friendly and did great explaining everything. Highly recommend

Arctic techs are always extremely professional, very well-trained, and thorough. During today's service call for our annual furnace check, Thomas found and fixed an issue we were unaware of, but could have caused big problems. And it was all covered by our annual service agreement. No charge! Arctic always does a great job for us, without exception. Thanks guys!

Brianna & Junior were very friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace and had the heat back up and running in no time. Highly recommended if you’re having an HVAC problem.
Note: Brianna and Junior made friends with my two dogs and got their approval too!
