I’ve always trusted Honda for its reliability, but my recent experience has been a huge disappointment. My 6-year-old Honda Clarity developed a leaking evaporator, and I was quoted $3,200 for the repair by the dealer. When I reached out to American Honda for assistance, I was told to go back to the dealer for another inspection—at my own expense—with no guarantee of any help or even an estimate of what kind of assistance they might provide.

To make matters worse, after that initial call, I’ve been unable to reach the case manager again. Her phone line is always busy, and it feels like I’m being completely ignored. For a company that prides itself on quality and customer service, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected better from Honda, and now I’m questioning the long-term reliability of their vehicles and their commitment to their customers.

Would have love to tour the whole campus more and see where the parts that we order everyday actually comes from. I was there for one of my classes and Adam Hoover the Instructor was great. I wish to back one day and spend more time there.

have to go inside to get bill of lading, etc. shipping office door wasn't obvious, and was towards the end of the lot. had to ring a doorbell and speak to someone through a speaker before they let me in. very nice staff

I’ll never buy Honda again.

Honda you’re horrible. We’re still shut down in California due to COVID-19. We asked for deferred payment and you gave us 2 months. However, we’re not yet back to work and all you’re Rep’s tell me is we either make the payment or they’ll repossess the car. The rep said we’ve done plenty to help you already. Have you looked for another job? Your rep had the nerve to say I should not pay the rent and I’ll have the car payment? Why, so I can get evicted and sleep in the car.

What a joke. We also own a Nissan. They gave us two months and extended it another month without question. Nissan said if this crisis continues they will help us again.
