Had walked into the store on the 24th of June to buy a carry on suitcase that could accommodate my laptop. They showed me various models, and I zeroed in on a Delsey (France) branded suitcase. They told me it was 190 USD, but charged my card 217 USD without any warning, later saying it was taxes. This was surprising to me, because the prices should have been inclusive of taxes. My first red flag was that all the prices are handwritten.
The lady convinced me that they were authorized distributors and gave me a simple tag, and told me that could be used as an international warranty.
I bought the luggage since I was in a hurry (my mistake), and then when I was packing back at my hotel room, I saw the defects seen in the photos attached. The zip was not free running, kept getting stuck, and then I saw that there were some defects in the stitching, because of which the zip would constantly get stuck in the fabric (in multiple places). This was very annoying, and I am certain the zip will not last very long. There was also stitching undone in 2 other places (not zip related)
I left for Paris, and in the airport I showed the suitcase at a luggage store. They told me that this was most likely a factory reject which was sold, and Delsey would never pass such a defective product.
Also, I checked online, and the same suitcase is available between 160 to 170 USD everywhere. So I paid over 50 USD extra for a defective product, with no warranty.
Would not recommend going to this store unless you do your due diligence, and are certain that they are offering the right price. I made the mistake of trusting them and not checking the prices online. Also ensure you have a proper warranty card. All in all, I could have handled this purchase better, so just letting everyone know. I will of course be open to changing/deleting my review if the store can offer an explanation, or if I was wrong about these things.

Hands down the service is highly commendable and has the best deals in the area. Zube was very helpful with the luggage I like and will recommend to friends. Check them out when you are in the area. They are moving soon but check their new location.

I bought a suitcase from this brand a few years ago, it's great, it's the best, but now one of its zippers is missing and I can't lock it. I'm very sad, and because I live in Iran and we're embargoed, there's no way to buy spare parts of this beloved brand.
