Super friendly staff! 4 stars because I bought earrings, and they instantly broke when I was putting the back on one of them. Earrings I feel are made very cheap! Everything else is great though. Still one of my favorite stores!!

Extremely impolite staff (Jasmine), sans basic courtesy towards customers. Unwarranted hostility. Utterly unpleasant shopping experience triggered by associate helming the floor. Reflects poorly on the brand because this isn’t the first time. Hope management takes this review seriously and does take required measures.

Terrible customer service!!!!!

Yesterday around 6-7pm me and my wife came in to look at some chelsea boots not knowing if they are true to size or not. So I ask the lady working,
“would you recommend up sizing or down sizing in the chelsea boosts?”
And she says in quote with an attitude.
“Um I don’t wear mens shoes so I don’t know.” While rolling her eyes. after she says that I’m just standing there trying to process a response to that. So I ask do you have a size 9? She says I’ll check you can sit over there.
While me and my wife are sitting down trying understand why she replied with that remark for no reason. She literally almost throws the shoe boxes down on the bench making a loud noise. And says “here” and just walks away, more attitude just looks and sounds like she doesn’t want to be there.
Again me and my wife look at eachother just in shock, and we both agreed to just leave and take our business elsewhere.
If there was a manager or something I could’ve spoke to it would’ve been great but all I can say is whoever was working from 6-7pm on Monday needs to be checked! She has a bad attitude and smart remarks that’ll leave a bad taste in your mouth!

The two managers were rude and unprofessional. I bought a shoe which was scabbing my foot, however they refused to listen or return shoes worth $180. Shoes were unworn, had the receipt, and original boxes. I am extremely disappointed as i feel scammed.

The store is awful the staff worse I came in there was no one on the floor for 25 mins I had to holler back hello before she came out on her phone I asked my question do you have and 11 in women’s never do never in anything they say we an order it no I’m here now I eat to try it on I hate this aldo so much after I aske my question she was on her phone again
