Start with bought a 4 wheeler for kid from and that went smooth .
Next bought parts for other dirt bikes and 4 wheelers and that went smooth.

Now to service on a 4 wheeler . Took in for running issues and while they was going to have change oil .
Put in new fuel pump we knew was going out ,put in spark plug and changed oil and filter .

Calls bike running good and ready . Pick up get back to track see oil on trailer where was sitting for 10 min haul back . Get wheeler started after a few cranks and got on track and ran ok till I killed it . Went to start and just cranked and cranked so pop started and got in my shop .
Once in see oil dripping out oil drain plug and that was never there as floor in shop new and would show the leak have now .
Couldn't get to start unless pop start at all .
Called got the basic run around on oil plug and clean around and tighten may fix .
That's weird you pulled a non leaking plug to drain and send back out and leaks and that was the answer and if have a bike in drain leaks fix it !
Parts of plastic bolts missing on front plastics and was on when took in and got no answer to that.
Run issue blame on power commander and this and that but was in for service to get running 100 percent right and called said it was good to go but soon as road it did worse then before.
Now have to take to another dealer local to fix it and flip another bill towards cause of this .

I honestly can’t say enough good things about these guys. I primarily worked with Alex and he got me a great deal on a used bike I’ve been trying to get my hands on for a couple of years now. I drove 5 hours each way to get it and they made every part of the process painless and quick despite being packed and understaffed that particular weekend I was in there. They made sure to communicate with all customers that were there waiting, without causing any delay on handling my purchase. Truly appreciate them, especially after dealing with several other less than pleasant dealerships.

The staff is friendly and professional, welcomes "browsers", and does not pressure shoppers to buy. Large inventory of various brands, including a few good looking used bikes. Good assortment of helmets, gloves, and other accessories. Also has a full service maintenance department with a good reputation.

Bought a new side x side there everybody friendly and professional. The service guy seems to have an attitude. Getting a little 4 wheeler worked on so we'll see how that turns out.
