I had a very positive experience at Tumi Greenwich on two recent visits. Both times, I worked with Paulette, who made shopping there enjoyable and easy. She is very knowledgeable about the wonderful Tumi products, does an excellent job of showing you their features and is very pleasant and professional. And in the end, I love the suitcases I purchased there too!

How to kill your business.
Looking for a new suitcase, we went here. However, soon all our shopping intensions were ended by a rude salesperson, ms. P. (I prefer not to mention the full name here in public, though management could contact me) Instead of helping out, we were criticised about the handling of the suitcase. Moreover, when talking about the functionalities, she down talked the suitcase we were intending to buy. She continued to have an attitude. Instead of promoting the Tumi product she just interfered in our conversation. When asking about the price, I felt the price was sniffed towards me. Overall the sales representative stopped us from buying just by the attitude. We shop often in this nice neighbourhood, but next time Tumi is the store we will bypass.
