I love Tumi and my introduction to the brand was through this excellent store. The merchandise is high end but quality so that's a good place to start for any store. The employees and consequently the store itself are approachable and polite. They aren't pushy or phony. They get the job done without attitude. The lack of hard sell and the graciousness of the staff won me over and consequently I've spent more money than I should. If other stores are like this one it's no wonder Tumi is so successful.

I was having trouble ordering online so I decided to visit the nearest store. I had the pleasure of walking into the 1733 Walnut St location on 2/20. I was greeted by a few welcoming smiles. The staff here was ready to help! I explained to the team my issue and they took customer assistance to the next level by securing and finalizing the purchase of my new TUMI Falcon Tactical! Qurratulayn was the associate that serviced my request and i could not of been more pleased. I am excited to have another bag to add to my collection. Thank you walnut street team!

Dominique and his colleague are fantastic. I arrived in Philadelphia after a 10 hour flight and my Tumi wouldn't open. I ran to store and they fixed it for me free of charge. They really saved my day. Thank you again

What could be better than TUMI in Philly?

Philly is 'The City Of Brotherly Love' and "TUMI" is friendly fashion-- suitable for anyone's lifestyle and always fashionable.

Great location and store. Friendly staff.

Fair prices for quality merchandise.

I will purchase from "TUMI" again.

I brought in my husband’s Tumi jacket for a zipper repair in December 2018. I stopped in the store in January to check on the status and I was told they couldn’t give me one and I needed to call a customer service number. We received a package from Tumi today, April 2019, with the jacket with a broken zipper. Nothing was fixed. Completely disappointing. Worst customer experience.
