I will not purchase Tumi products in the future. I paid a great deal of money for products with an incredible warranty. The manufacturer no longer honors the warranty. From a lifetime warranty, they now only warrant for a year, and if it is warranty work? You pay the shipping. It has sadly gone the way of many corporations trying to save money by building a lesser product and refusing to repair it. Before buying go to Tumis OWN WEBSITE, where they outline the watering down of the warranty, your responsibility to pay for shipping and the basic buyer beware disclosures. If you want to spend 400 bucks on a laptop bag, to have the zipper break, these folks are the place to go!

Oh my god what happened to the team that was here when this location first opened up? They were so friendly, helpful, and I loved coming in. I believe the first three years I spent around $5000. I went in this Sunday and the two people that worked were very rude and kept talking with each other. Did not want to help me. There was a bald guy with glasses and an old lady. I can tell Tumi that I will never return to this location.

Great products and hospitable sales person in the store. They also have better prices than in Galleria. Bought a 4-wheel carry-on Brief case. Will be back for more things. Highly recommend this place.
