Aaron from AR Services, was able to work me in today to repair my squealing dryer. He came and diagnosed the problem, and repaired my dryer. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone who has a problem with their washer, dryer.

Aaron was communicative and responsive when speaking with my husband for our initial diagnosis and repair. However, when my washer was still malfunctioning after he repaired it, Aaron did not return my voicemail. When I called him the following day, he said he would price check a potential NEW replacement part and would call me back. He never did. We are now electing to replace our washing machine. I am very disappointed in this customer service.

Would not recommend this service!! Came to the house on a service call for $125 which I was fine with. But after diagnosing the issue was told it would be $489 dollars but diagnostic would be included in estimate. Seemed a bit much but what doesn’t these days. He said he didn’t have parts to fix at this time but could be back on Monday. Once again fine if that’s what it takes. What really upset me was that he then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay entire bill tonight. I have never paid for a repair on anything prior to having a repair completed. I don't know this man from adam and with all the issues nowadays with people not coming back to finish the jobs (I have personally experienced this) I think it’s absurd to pay up front for a job not completed!! I told him I was more than happy to provide a deposit but he said no. I think it is a horrible way to conduct business and paid him the $125 and will seek alternative repair company!!

Aaron was awesome. We had issues with our fridge and he came next day and found the problem right away. He was even able to get the parts and repair in a short time. Cant recommend AR services enough.
