I have called the V.A. to settle my debt 4 times and had a 3 way call with AR resources. It’s like they don’t want to get paid. Months of waiting for this to be off my credit report and the incompetence of this company is astounding. Medical debt collector that is ignorant on how to deal with my VA insurance. It’s a sad day when the VA is doing a better job than you. Do better AR resources!

Anyone can have an account go to collections. I want to thank Alana and give her a shout out for treating me like a human being. I've spoke with her numerous times until my account was removed. If you account goes into collections as to speak with Alana. You will be treated with respect. Thank You Alana. I am only giving Alana 5 Stars the rest of the agents I has spoken to including the supervisors 0 stars!!!!!!! Ask for Alana

Checked my credit and it showing this company is coming after me for a medical bill. Lmao I've had health insurance since I moved to FL in 2015 and the bill date is for 2019. Do better people I would call but how it sounds all y'all are very rude. And then you would bring the devil out and to be honest it's just not worth the hassle.

Well after reading these comments I now Know I will not be calling these people to handle business. I have 1 thing on my account that has been there for about three years now. I will let it be because here in a couple more years it will fall off my credit report. It is what it is. I will not deal with these people and will not give them my hard earned money. I also think it is so funny that pretty much all these comments on here the company comments back on them saying either that they got the wrong company or that they can not find and account on file with the information given. Seems pretty fishy to me that all these people that have called and tried to handle stuff now for some reason does not have an account FISHY and SCREAMING SCAMS

0 stars!!! This is the absolute worst company i've ever spoken to. The female is disgustingly rude, yelled over me, wouldn't let me talk once, she was extremely defensive about the company that sent us to collections even though they should not have sent us to collections. She cussed me out & threatened to report us to the credit agencies for not wanting to rectify the issue. I tried telling her I was calling to rectify it and she was just extremely horrible. Used cus words numerous times with me and told me that I was being extra because I was trying to ask her why she was disrespecting me and being rude. The most nasty sounding human being ive ever spoken to! She seriously sounds like she hated everything about everything.
