I’ve frequented this location multiple times with multiple vehicles over the years for oil changes and filter replacements. The most memorable experience I’ve had over the years was recently with Marcellus. His customer service is truly exceptional. The entire staff I dealt with has been great, but this staff member stood out by far. I recommend this location to everyone in the area!

I don't normally post reviews but my experience was so awful I am making an exception. I've been coming to Jiffy Lube for over a decade and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I pulled into the parking lot a got into one the customer lanes and sat there for over 20 minutes before an employee came and spoke to me. I was quoted a 45 minute wait time and it ended up being over 90 minutes. When an employees finally came in to go over the work on the computer he clearly didn't know what he was doing. He deleted my personal information twice and I had to wait for him to retype it. When he would select the work needed on the computer screen it wouldn't go through. He eventually had to ask someone else to come in and help him. The other employee had to manually type in the work but changed the price listed on the screen, which was higher than listed on the screen. When I pointed that out he said the new price was including parts and labor. The whole experience felt very shady. I will NEVER come back here again. I've been a loyal customer because Jiffy Lube has always been quick, easy and affordable. None of that was true today. TERRIBLE service. TERRIBLE experience.

It was my first time at Jiffy Lube, and I had an overall - A good experience. I called ahead for Availability and was told to come right over. The phone agent was very friendly. When you arrive, the sign says to leave your car and the rest is taken care of. The facility was clean. I waited for about 7-8 minutes before I was greeted by anyone which I thought was a bit strange - but once I was greeted, everything else was smooth sailing. Mr. Walter went over my options for an oil change and the different pricing and had me out of there in less than 20 minutes total. It beats waiting 90 minutes at my dealership for sure.
Mr. Walter walked me to my car and the mechanics waved ggoodbye. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back. It was convenient and saved me a lot of time.

This was honestly one of my best oil change experiences! I arrived within an hour of closing after another branch didn’t have the oil I needed, and I’m glad it didn’t. Everyone here was very polite and made me feel like a special customer. It was the little things—like being offered water and told watch my step where the sidewalk was uneven—small details, that made me feel seen. Marsallis was my CSA and was very kind and transparent with pricing. It was my first time coming here, but definitely won’t be my last.

Awesome job. Being a women who wants to trust a mechanic. This is the place! I had a very bad experience not once but 3 times at my local dealer. I strongly recommend Jiffy Lube of South Arlington. They will take great care of you and your safety. Thank you!
