Tumi (Vidalia, Ga warehouse) ain’t no way yall didn’t even acknowledge Willie in the SLIGHTEST way and that man done worked there all them years, yall didn’t even get a $2 card from the store for people to sign nor did yall take up a donation for his family like yall did the YT folks but yall was quick to take up a donation when the Plant manager daughter graduated college. When somebody YT pass yall do the most instantly im really mad, Willie we stayed arguing but before I left we was on good terms fasho RIP my guy?

I had owned TUMI luggage for years and loved it except for the zipper broke 3 or 4 years in. As we were stationed overseas for a long time I was able to bring it to the store just now. As they were not able to fix the issue they discovered with the wheels (I didn’t know I had it), they offered a credit of $65 towards purchase of another TUMI product Or ship it back to me (free). I asked them about the zipper and they said they could fix it at a cost and then would charge me extra $25 for shipping. That didn’t seem fair. Anyway, their whole spiel about the “life-time” warranty is a huge SCAM. You are better off buying nice Briggs&Riley or Hartmann luggage

TUMI Rocks.... On Mar. 13th 2019 I stopped here while passing through Vidalia on business and took my TUMI T-Pass backpack in to see if they could replace my two straps (the foam padding was all flat and worn out after ten years of use). I was willing to pay for the service since the backpack was 10 years old. The customer service was impeccable.... They replaced both my straps while I waited and took less than 35 mins. Amazing... And the man (Charles) brought my backpack out to my truck where I was sitting and catching up on emails and phone calls when it was all finished. Best part was they would not take any money (did it free of charge). Now that's customer service. Thank you TUMI.

Charles G the svc mgr got my (bent) handle & poorly rolling wheels replaced in about 1/2 hr. While waiting, I brought food & ate it in the rental car esp as it was raining. This is a large beige factory [aluminum] bldg with a big rig slot on the end & 3 smaller truck bays on other side. I am happier now as the factory store that I wanted to go to is closed for the 2 days I'm here for inventory. I got my carryon Vapor Tumi as a gift & now at least it should be better than new.
