I have been buying oils from the Oil Shack since 2016, when I moved to Las Colinas, from California. I found this small shop while working in the area, the prices have always been reasonable, and the oils are awesome. The owners Charles and his wife are some of the nicest people. The atomsphere in their place of business is great. I highly recommend The Oil Shack, if you go once, you will continue to return.

I ordered for the first time the other day and my products arrived extremely quick! The order was shipped same day! The packaging was very neat and secure. I ordered a few perfume oils and even got a free gift oil (thank you!). They are good quality, long lasting, and you get a really good amount for an inexpensive price. Horrible customer service from them on the day we went.. rude, arrogant and plain tacky attendant who does not have a bit of patience & hopefully they remove you from the front counter. there is absolutely nothing worse than having a bad attitude towards people spending money!!

5 stars for it's products, just wished they had been open like they advertise. I was going out of town and wanted to purchase some oils, it's listed that they open @ 11:00 am arrived @ 11:15 doors barred and locked. Waited for 10 minutes and left to go get some lunch came back @ 11:45 and they were still closed, didn't get any oils and I was very disappointed.

Never judge a book by its cover, the outside looks like an abandoned building once you go in very nice setting smells wonderful. So many choices!! The owner was awesome very helpful. Definitely a place to buy from over n over again
