I had the pleasure of interacting with Greg for the second time yesterday. I went into the store around Xmas time, after having done extensive research, to purchase a suitcase for my husband. Almost everything was sold out, the store was closing in 10 minutes, and Greg couldn’t have been more helpful or delightful. Purchased the Arrive checked bag, and needless to say, my husband loved it. And after seeing how nice his bag is, I decided I needed my own set of Tumi luggage lol. We now have six suitcases and two backpacks. While the luggage is pricey, we travel often and replacing mid-range luggage sets every year for a family of four was getting out of hand. The quality of each bag is superior, and so far they’ve survived several international trips with almost no visible wear and tear.

We stopped in the store yesterday to get our monogram patches embossed, and Greg assisted us again. I was shocked that he remembered me from Christmas time, and he even remembered the bag I bought and what town I’m from. Again he was super helpful and an absolute pleasure. I’m socially awkward, horrible at making small talk, and despise shopping, but I felt really comfortable and actually enjoyed the friendly banter. Not only am I enjoying the luggage, I look forward to my next in-store visit.

Brian and Michelle are customer service royalty. They helped me and offered all sorts of options Michelle did the monogram and they offered to ship since they knew I'm in Delaware and didnt want to pay tax. Tumi has the best warranty for luggage in the business. Expensive? Yes! Worth it? YES! If you ship here you will NEVER regret in your purchase.

Tumi does not stand behind their products they have a warranty that sounds good however they require that the person pay for shipping and send in they're defective product and wait for a period of three weeks for them to send you a new product. I have the Moto mod power pack that also doubles as a case and this policy doesn't work for my situation. They refuse to send you a new product and allow you to send in your defective one once the new one is received.
