Lady named Angela has an English accent. Was very rude, we were asking about rulers and of any calipers. She literally said “we don’t have any”? When they do as her manager confirmed. She kept cutting me off saying “No, we don’t have any” Not even trying to hear me out. She then had the nerve to say it was my attitude? When I clearly just asked about rulers and options they had?! Talked to her manager and she was very sweet about the situation. Don’t understand why this lady was so bothered about a question.

I forget what a cute story this is since I don't sew I forget it's there. I signed up for an email and got an extra 20% off so enticed me to visit. I so glad I did I bought some beautiful glitter pumpkins for the fall and it was by ones get two free at equal or lesser value. They were having the end of the summer sale so there was 70% off a lot of floral arrangements and wreaths were 50% off and then get two free. Happy 🛍!

I was in line to purchase something and a customer walked in and the cashier in an ugly tone asked the customer if she had a return and she responded yes and then cashier again in an ugly tone asked if she had her receipt, customer responded no that she did not but didn't want money she only wanted to exchange. The cashier then pages another person who then comes up and asks for customers drivers license and then cashier told her she could not find a transaction with her DRIVERS LICENSE! WHAT A BUNCH OF BOLOGNA! why in the world would a transaction be found with a drivers license? We don't purchase with drivers license? That was so absurd. Then the cashier proceeded to tell her she could return merchandise and get 2 dollars back for something the customer paid way more. What kind of customer service is this And finding transactions with drivers license? And very very rude employees!! What ever happened to customer service training? It's VERY VERY CLEAR YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TO ATTEND! AND LEARN OR GO HOME!!

Same product purchased 3 different times. Dritz waistband expanders, last only about a week. I needed 1/2 in. Expansion said thier good for 3/4 in. Springs pulled out on all. Need to carry better product . Need one made for jeans.

I go here all the time, didn’t realize the hours had changed cause it says online it closes at 8 but apparently they close at 7 now? Anyways the doors were still open and my friend and I walked in at 7:06 to get yelled at very very rudely that they were closed. I normally don’t get upset about these things but I’ve never been spoken to so rudely before.

I was passing through and did an online order. The Joann ap said the store was open until 6p and so did google. When I got there at 5:14p they were closed. The person at the register was nice enough to get my order but the person who handed it to me lectured me about Joann’s process and not to try to pick up before the ready notification. I thanked her and wished her a merry Christmas but she just slammed the door on me.
