We took our 6 month old 4wheeler with 24hrs on it there and we got quoted over 2k on the first quote. After approving them to fix it and send us a msg saying they quoted us wrong it was actually over 6k to fix it. Saying the engineer needed to be replaced when nothing is wrong with it. We have all parts and pictures to prove that they were just trying to scam us. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FOURWHEELER there. The sales department is really good but the service department are just trashed. the lady that answer the phone (Arden) was always rude and seemed bother when you asked questions. They were trying to get us to spend 3 times more of what actually is coasting us to fix somewhere else. They really lost our business. We do a lot of riding events and will make sure all the people we come across do not do business with them!!!! Save your time and money DONOT go there to get anything fixed. Here is the picture of the part that they said it needed to be replaced because of dust and debris.

If I could leave no stars I would. Brought my ski in 2 times to address a starting issue. First they said it was corrosion on the battery terminals. They then said it wasn't the battery terminals, it was the wiring harness. I paid them to fix it ($1300.00). Took the ski out a few weeks later and had the same issue. Brought it back and they said it was the display. The ski had the same display on it every time it was brought in and they failed to identify the issue. They are not capable of proper diagnosis when it came to my ski. I am aware that the ski is older, but a reputable dealership should be able to diagnose the issue. They had my ski for a month on the first go around because they were waiting for direction from Seadoo. I went to talk to them today and pay for the service done on my other ski and got the displeasure of speaking with they're service manager. I am aware that my ski is older, but the failed componet was on the ski the entire time and they did not check it. I told them it was an aftermarket cluster the first time i brought it in but they said they didnt know. My wife told them it was aftermarket as well but they still denied it. All I got was excuses and attitude. The service lady (arden) always has a bad attitude and does not know anything about the machines they service. I asked them to do an overall check of the ski and I would pay for it. I was told they didn't do it but I wasn't being charged. Also, they're invoice states that they checked the trailer, but when I picked the skis up, the driver side light was out. The service department is the equivalent to a used car lot or crappy repair shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT THERE

They made is so easy and simple to buy a bike i got a 2025 honda grom sp from them it was so smooth and you can really tell the workers there love their job. I am a first time bike owner and if I want an upgrade in the future I am 100 percent going back to them.

I took my SxS to K&M in Fort Walton Beach first only because they were close, and this was an insurance claim repair. I was told the only mechanic K&M had they trusted working on SxS's was ten days behind. As it was really too warm to ride and I didn't mind waiting. After two weeks, I called for updates and even stopped in every once in a while for progress checks. Every time I received some sort of excuse, why it hadn't been brought in for inspection. After a month, it finally made it in for inspection to find out the trusted mechanic needed to teardown the back of the engine to find out what was wrong with it. 12 hrs of labor costing 2,500$, just to see what was wrong is what K&M told me. Insurance was paying, so I said go ahead. Two days later, I called for an update, finding out the mechanic still had not even started. By this time, it is now Aug 29, 2024, I dropped the SxS off July 22, 2024. Unfortunately, the mechanic at no fault of his own had to leave for 2 months, and the guy at the service desk who always sound like he was "high" asked me if I wanted to wait till the mechanic returned. Needless to say, I didn't wait. I went straight over, picked it up, and drove to Pensacola motor sports, dropped it off, and had it back in under a week with a 188$ bill. K&M, you need to send your mechanics to school or send them to get trained by Pensacola motor sports if you want to have business from the SxS community. I'm never going to K&M again for anything. If you have a SxS and want quality, timely, and non price qouging repairs, you will not hesitate to bring it to Pensacola motor sports. As far as I'm concerned, I'm going to be a lifelong customer here. Thank you for your professional, friendly, and quality service! Keep it up, I'm sending everyone your way.
