Beware of auto sheen . In Williamstown. Nj. I took my car to get a oil change . They cut my costume lights underneath of car. Intentionally they was installed the day before getting. Oil change.. the manger said that they didn't cut wire . Wires was nowhere near drain plug!! So how did they cut if staff is the only person underneath servicing vehicles. They are tampering with customers vehicles. And manger and staff are involved. they are knot using correct oil or filters.in Vehicle. How do you go there and get oil changed and nothing was wrong when pulled in and you leave and your car is not right!!! Remember customer is right . This company does not believe in that.!! This company has went to the toilet with that manger. So use good advice don't take your car there not a good business.

Had our telluride washed Saturday July 27th here for the first time. Not bad, not good. Very disappointed to see they don’t bother with the third row of our vehicle when it comes to vacuuming and wiping down the seats and floor mats.

Things aren't what they used to be here. No longer stocking any supplies inside except in vending machines, which were all out of order. Still not many staff. Best news is price hasn't gone up much, if at all since i last visited, so its a pretty good value. Especially if you bring the coupon in the Today's Shopper.

Been awhile since I've stopped in for a wash. Prices have gone up but not that much compared to everything else lately. Unfortunately like lots of other places they cant find help so the time it takes is a little slower than it used to be, but they still do a good job!

Always a good job and quick no matter how long the lines. They put coupons in the weekly circulars and they have a rewards program for frequent customers too. I don't think I've ever paid full price for a wash. Have not used the line center but it is now open on Sundays.

Beware when going to auto sheen for an oil change. My uncle went there a few days ago for an oil change and come to find Out they cut his under car lights. This is not the first time it happened when it happened the first time he thought it was just a fluke in a minor mistake, but it happened again this time in the same person who worked on his car this time worked on it last time. At this time no know has even called him back to even apologize for what has happened

Me and my wife have been coming here for years. Never a problem. Staff are kind and genuinely like their job. Oil changes in the past was a day long thing. Two cars changed in less than an hour Where are gonna find that.

I had to give a star to write a review, but if it was possible I would give negative stars. I just went to this car wash where the attendant noted I had no prior damage to the back end of my car. After my car came out, my back bumper was literally ripped off. The workers were profusely apologetic and called the owner, Fred. Fred basically told me this doesn't happen (yet it did to me) and it's not his fault. To bad, so sad. Someone who has a profitable business and I'm sure plenty of insurance completely taking advantage of people. He offered me free car washes, but refused to pay for the damage his car wash caused, and didn't even refund me for today's wash that was never completed. I've been through countless car washes with this car and have had no issues. Please save yourself from being taken advantage of during an already stressful time in our country.

The ppl are friendly, but the quality of the wash is not good at all. The vacuum is at the front of the wash & the poor guy vacuuming is doing too much to do a good job. The people at the end are supposed to be drying the vehicle, doing the tire and cleaning the inside. On a slow day I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for them to go back and clean my truck and it's still was not worth $30!
The Escalade after me went through the wash with the driver door still open😵.
